You agree to maintain and update the personal information and to keep the personal information true, accurate, and complete at all times.

The registration process requires you to create a unique username and password. You shall be fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. You shall be responsible for all the transactions undertaken from your account.

Upon providing any kind of false, inaccurate or incomplete personal information, PayTime holds the right to suspend or terminate your account created on the website of PayTime and can refuse to provide any services thereafter.

It can be noted that PayTime handles all the personal information in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law. PayTime is at all times sensitive towards your information. You hereby acknowledge that PayTime does not sell or rent any of your information: both personal as well as non-personal provided at the time of registration on the website of PayTime.

Forbidden Conducts:

By accessing or using the PayTime Platform or by availing PayTime Services, you agree not to:

• violate the Terms & Conditions;
• infringe our or any third party intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy;
• use PayTime services if you are under the age of 18 without parental sponsor;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of as regards PayTime Services or PayTime Platform or any part thereof, except and only to the extent this is expressly permissible by applicable law;
• use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy the PayTime Platform without prior written permission;
• sell the PayTime Services, information, or software associated with or derived from it;
• interfere or disrupt the PayTime Platform or networks connected to the PayTime Platform;
• use the PayTime Services or the PayTime Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it;
• provide inaccurate , false or misleading information;
• use the PayTime Services in a manner that results in or may result in complaints, disputes;

Trademark, Copyright and Restrictions:

The Application and the Website are proprietary software developed and made available exclusively by the Company. The Company is the sole owner of the Application and the Website, and all software created to make the Application and Website available to you. All content on the Platforms, including, but not limited to, designs, text, graphics, graphs, images, information, logos, button icons, software, audio files and any other content Content are the exclusive and sole property of the Company.  

All icons and logos are trademarks of and proprietary to the Company. The unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited. Systematic retrieval of the Company Content to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory (whether through robots, spiders, automatic devices or manual processes) without written permission from the Company is prohibited.

No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, downloaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, or otherwise used for any purpose, by any person or entity, without the Company prior express written permission.

Any unauthorized attempt to modify any Content, to defeat or circumvent any security features, or to utilize the Platforms or any part of the Content for any purpose other than its intended purposes is strictly prohibited.

In no event, PayTime, directors, employees, agents will be liable to you for any damages, liabilities, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to our Terms and Conditions.
